Do Something Different to Create Lasting Change

This week, I want to share an important reminder: “If you want something to be different, you’re going to have to do something different.” Jack Canfield's words resonate deeply when it comes to marriage. Often, we get stuck in routines that no longer bring us joy or connection. The good news? Change is in your hands!

This Week’s Insight: Make Small, Intentional Shifts

Ask yourself:

  • What could you think differently?

  • What could you say differently?

  • What could you do differently?

These small shifts can create ripple effects in your relationship. For instance, sending a thoughtful “thank you” or leaving a handwritten note may seem simple, but these small gestures can build deeper love and connection.

How do we improve our marriage. “One act of kindness at a time!” It’s not about grand gestures—it’s about showing up in small, meaningful ways every day.

Be Present and Appreciate the Good

Doing something different also means being fully present. Whether it’s sharing a meal or simply sitting together, take time to notice and appreciate the little things. Express specific gratitude, and you’ll see how it deepens your bond.
