Like many women, I grew up seeing love expressed through service—meals, clean homes, and caring for children. But I learned early in my marriage—that intimacy isn’t optional if you want true connection. It’s the heart beat of a marriage, and without it, even loving marriages can drift apart. But no one really talks about it, and many women are left unsure, disconnected, and even unaware how vital physical connection is to sustaining a thriving relationship. That realization changed the course of my own marriage—and now, nearly 29 years later, I’m passionate about helping women discover the joy, closeness, and power that comes from prioritizing intimacy.

I’m here to offer hope, clarity, and a safe place to explore what no one ever handed us a manual for.
